Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Planner to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing site plans and layouts
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Managing project schedules and budgets
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Planner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
