Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Staff Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and controls, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project controls systems
Monitor project progress and performance
Analyze project data and provide insights to project teams
Prepare project reports and presentations
Identify and mitigate project risks

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in project controls or project management
Proficiency in project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
