Job Description: Supervisor /CM I&C &LSS

Location: Germany

Duration: ASAP – 31 December 2027

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), German required


As a Supervisor /CM I&C &LSS, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems in a variety of industrial settings. You will also be tasked with leading a team of technicians and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate CSA and MEP construction activities on site.
  • Ensure full compliance with EHS standards, monitor subcontractors, and stop/correct unsafe work where required.
  • Support QA/QC processes, conduct inspections, and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and project specifications.
  • Lead daily and weekly construction coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate with Field Engineering and Planning to support 2–6 week look-ahead schedules.
  • Review RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and ensure contractor compliance.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage interfaces between CSA, MEP, Infrastructure, EHS, and subcontractors.
  • Perform regular site inspections, identify risks early, and monitor construction progress.
  • Verify progress claims, review contractor timesheets (where applicable), and support progress reporting.
  • Ensure accurate as-built documentation and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Promote effective communication, teamwork, and contractor onboarding throughout the project.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager on large-scale industrial, semiconductor, or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CSA and/or MEP construction execution.
  • Solid understanding of EHS and QA/QC processes within complex construction environments.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and good German language skills
