Tom Reid joined Spencer Ogden at the very beginning of the business as an Associate Consultant in London. What started as an entry-level role quickly became a platform for accelerated growth, driven by performance, ownership, and ambition.
Early in his career, Tom demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships and deliver results, opening the door to international opportunities. He relocated to Singapore to establish and scale Spencer Ogden’s APAC presence, playing a critical role in building teams, markets, and long-term client partnerships across the region.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer based in New York, Tom leads global operations, helping shape the strategy and performance of the business worldwide. His journey reflects what is possible when individuals are empowered to take ownership, step into new challenges, and think globally from the outset.
