Spencer Ogden partnered with the client to provide a skilled and flexible workforce for a key solar project in Virginia. This collaboration aimed to support the client's public initiative to achieve 100% renewable energy usage for its global infrastructure. 

The Challenge 

The client launched a significant solar project in Virginia, aiming to meet a milestone of 40% renewable energy usage by the end of 2016. The project's remote coastal location presented challenges in sourcing qualified labor and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
