Spencer Ogden partnered with Vestas to fill a critical senior management position at their Global Research and Development Centre in Århus, Denmark. The Challenge 

Vestas was struggling to source a senior management candidate for its Global Research and Development Centre located in Århus, Denmark. The role was pivotal in supporting the company’s imminent growth plans, requiring a high level of technical expertise. Facing increasing pressure from several key stakeholders, the company’s hiring team urgently needed a specialist recruitment agency capable of filling this imperative position.
