Job description :

  • Identification and prospecting of new opportunities following the company's exploration strategy (prioritizing large scale projects), with the management of qualification and feasibility studies
  • Contact and meeting with the owners and all stakeholders involved to ensure the land and local acceptability necessary to launch the projects and management of external representation of the company's photovoltaic activity and consultation with local actors (communities, population, political actors and administrations) through public meetings, presentations or offices.
  • Build relationships and negotiate with landowners and operators for land leases signatures, and preparation of offers and negotiations, including bids for calls for projects
  • Internal reporting including preparation of internal investment committees (budget preparation, planning, setting objectives, risk analysis)
  • Manage technical, environmental, and economic studies, including the management of external consultants, in close contact with internal support teams and including consultation with providers, supervision of negotiations and monitoring of services in close collaboration with internal support teams.
  • Management of all the authorizations submissions, instruction and obtentions needed to build and finance solar projects, including agrivoltaic projects.

The Solar PV project Manager may also be required to work on:

  • The management of a portfolio of prospects and opportunities
  • The management of external service providers such as business contributors if necessary
  • Supporting the other project managers for commercial negotiations, local dialogues, and projects defense.
