Currently, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a major district heating project in Munich, requiring extensive power plant experience.

Position Summary: As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process for the district heating project in Munich. Your primary focus will be overseeing the construction and installation of a power plant, ensuring it is executed within budget, on schedule, and meets the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in power plant construction and a comprehensive understanding of district heating systems.

Responsibilities:

  3. Power Plant Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of power plant construction processes, equipment, and systems, including boilers, turbines, generators, and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities include electrical design review, support of project engineers in terms of electrical engineering matters, create technical specifications for owner furnished equipment, standardization of electrical designs and scope of work, electrical test report review, field quality control and field punch list development. The Senior Electrical Engineer (Electrical SME) will join a project execution team and serve as the primary resource to the project engineers for all electrical engineering matters of assigned projects and process improvement tasks.
