Roman Kiebgis
Roman Kiebgis covers grid expansion projects within the DACH, Benelux and Nordics area. Having filled multiple key positions in renewable energy, he considers the current grid infrastructure to be the bottleneck for both public power supply and the development of renewable energy. Clients and candidates appreciate that Roman is close to the industry and tailors his approach to individual requirements. Hence, he is able to establish long-term partnerships and to fill niche roles. His current focus rests on temporary positions (Contract, ANÜ, Interim) to find flexible solutions for our clients. This implies roles in Commissioning, Site Management and Construction for substation projects.
