Scarlett leads the 360 division across EMEA, with teams in London and Düsseldorf, specialising in talent solutions across data centres, engineering, and decarbonisation PMO functions. She supports clients in the sustainability and infrastructure sectors, helping scale projects that drive low-carbon operations. Working with existing and new clients, she strengthens Spencer Ogden’s presence across the Nordic, Benelux, and DACH regions, building high-performing teams to deliver complex data centre and decarbonisation initiatives.
