Alicia Orr

Alicia leads Spencer Ogden’s Sustainable Finance recruitment business, partnering with Private Equity firms, IPPs, and boutique Investment Banks to build high-performing teams across Finance. She began her career in our Denver office recruiting for IPPs in the renewable energy space, gaining first-hand insight into portfolio-level hiring needs before relocating to New York and leading the Sustainable Finance practice. Over the past five years, Alicia has placed 115 professionals and counting while developing lasting partnerships with industry leaders including AES, Terra-Gen, CRC-IB, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, and Monarch Private Capital.
