Nicole Johnson

Nicole sits on Spencer Ogden’s Infrastructure Finance team, where she focuses on placing investment and capital markets professionals across private markets - including equity, credit, and growth strategies - as well as within portfolio companies across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Nicole joined Spencer Ogden's finance team in 2024 to support the ongoing growth of the Private Equity and Private Credit practices for North America. Prior to this, Nicole was on Spencer Ogden's Power & Utilities group supporting on technical searches for portfolio companies giving her a unique perspective when advising clients on finance hires.
