Purpose of this Role:
- Receive, Control and manage all materials and equipment from arrival at site to handover to Client construction disciplines or to other parties.
- Utilization of Material Tracking Application
- Coordination of materials and implementation of procedures for shipping
- Verfiying against mater shipping list
- Establishment of systems and implementing procedures for receipt of materials at site, storage and release of materials to erection sub-contractors
- Establish material schedule and interface between Logistics department and site
- Checking that all documents accompanying material deliveries are complete and correct as detailed in the specifications and purchase orders and ensuring proper archiving of records
- Inspecting incoming goods and reporting of damanges
- 3+ years' of experience within one of the following: Materials Handling, Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, Inventory Control, Operations, Procurement
- Organized and attentive to detail for weekly reports
- Knowledge of the operational scope of material handling management, including all safety procedures, work instructions, guidelines and local laws/regulations and informing employees about hazardous material and applicable procedures
- Having worked within conventional power, combined-cycle, or gas turbines

Job Summary:This position has single point accountability for the projects they are executing. They will be under the general direction of a Sr. Project Manager. This position is responsible for the management of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure all project success factors are met, including but not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration. In addition, this position is highly involved in the funding management and budgeting of the project / program responsible. This position will work directly with a full project team on a daily basis that includes Project Controls, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting & Community/Public Engagement to name a few. This position typically will be assigned projects classified as "Green " per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix. Green projects typically range from $50 to $250M with a moderate to high level of complexity. These projects typically involve complex but mature technology, moderate scope complexity, and stakeholders that include facility and department level personnel in addition to Senior Management, and possibly the Board of Directors and External Agencies. The PM serves as the unifying agent providing leadership, management, direction, coordination, and control of the overall project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: Describe the major responsibilities and significant job duties required to successfully perform each responsibility. Indicate the approximate percentage of time spent on each responsibility during the year by order of overall importance or impact. 25% Establish and maintain communications among all project/programs stakeholders. Structure, lead, and/or assist in leading all project related meetings and reports required to ensure open communication between all team members, key stakeholders, and management (regular project reviews, kickoff meetings, weekly reports & monthly reports) and to properly report project status. Assure that Project Plan, all appropriate reports and reporting means are developed and managed according to PMCoE Standards. Coordination with the various internal and external organizations that are providing services to the project (development, engineering, project controls, estimating, construction management, supply chain, legal, EHS, QA/QC, operations, communications, regulatory, security, fuels, transmission, etc.). The PM manages all matrixed members of the team on a daily basis and is responsible for assuring all project deliverables (KPIs) are being met. 40% Plan the project (s) assigned to, including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aspect of the project. Drive the process of project planning including scope definition, estimating, schedule formation and monitoring, cost control measures, procurement/contracting strategies, equipment selection, vendor selection, start-up and commissioning plans, and integration processes. This includes project planning and execution activities like scope definition, detailed design, construction, start-up and commissioning, turnover to operations, and warranty management. 25% Execute projects according to Plan within designed scope, cost and schedule limits. Includes objectives, stakeholders, scope, roles and responsibilities, assumptions and constraints, deliverables, WBS, schedule, external communication, regulatory strategy, procurement strategy, contractor and supplier strategy, resource plan, budget, lessons learned, risk plan, quality plan, safety plan, environmental plan, security plan, integration plan, data management plan, communications and reporting plan, change management, and project close out. 10% Effective Presentation Skills. Ability to create, develop and deliver project / business case presentations to Senior Management / project sponsors.
