Describe your previous recruitment experience?
I started my recruitment career at Spencer Ogden, in the subsea oil and gas team, where I progressed and created a successful team of five people, delivering at all stages of the project life and cycle within oil and gas.
Following my initial years at Spencer Ogden, I moved to a larger global oil and gas recruitment business where I led several successful multi-national hiring campaigns, working with many tier 1 clients.
Re-joining Spencer Ogden, I am excited to bring my previous experience and help to grow the Glasgow office successfully.
