Spencer Ogden, global recruitment experts in the energy and infrastructure market, has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards:
The Mercury Best Large Recruitment Company to Work for
The Training & Development Award
The TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARA) set a new standard of excellence for the recruitment community across the ANZ region.
David Head, Director of TALiNT Partners said “This year’s shortlist is the most impressive yet – not only reflecting the recruitment boom of the last year but those who have achieved profitable growth through talent and tech.”
The Mercury Best Large Recruitment Company to Work for recognizes employers of choice in recruitment who can demonstrate innovation and impact in their attraction, induction, development, and retention of talent. Spencer Ogden was recognized for upholding strong values, providing inspiring office spaces, and ensuring their staff feel appreciated for their work.
The Training and Development Award recognises recruitment companies that have successfully implemented a new training initiative or strategy for the personal and professional development of their staff within the last two years. At Spencer Ogden, we put an emphasis on our trainee's onboarding process and ensure they have an effective introduction to the industry they will be working in, the business itself and access to relevant training, supported by our in-house Learning and Development team.
“It’s an honour to again be nominated in two core categories at the TIARA ANZ recruitment awards. To be nominated for our training and development is particularly rewarding as this is something, we as a business, pride ourselves on.” James Holden, Director, Spencer Ogden, Perth.
We look forward to the ceremony on 24th November to celebrate with our fellow short listers and see who will be awarded winners for each category.
