Role Overview

You will enhance the financial performance, valuation, and strategic direction of a multi-market data centre asset portfolio. This involves building financial models, tracking asset performance, and generating insights that drive investment decisions, commercial initiatives, and long-term portfolio planning. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Development, and Engineering teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models, cashflows, and scenario analyses for operational and development-stage data centre assets.
  • Track asset performance and analyse key financial and operational metrics including utilisation, revenue, costs, energy consumption, availability, and PUE.
  • Prepare regular management reports, asset dashboards, valuations, business plans, and board-level presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, facilities, finance, and commercial teams to align on asset performance and strategic objectives.
  • Support investment evaluations, pricing assessments, expansion feasibility studies, and lifecycle capex planning.
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic asset decisions and portfolio planning.
  • Contribute to ESG monitoring and sustainability reporting across the portfolio.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify value-enhancement opportunities and improve asset performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly asset management reporting and take on ad-hoc analysis or cross-functional project work as required.
 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in asset management, infrastructure finance, real estate private equity, or data centre finance.
  • Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational inputs into financial insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
