An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Associate Cost Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale Data Centre and Mission Critical projects across the UK.
This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex and fast-paced developments within one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pre and post-contract cost management services
• Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and procurement reports
• Produce monthly commercial and cost reporting
• Manage change control and cost risk processes
• Negotiate and agree final accounts
• Interface with clients, contractors and consultants throughout all project stages
• Support and mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
• MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
• Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, MEP or Infrastructure projects - Not required
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
• Consultancy experience managing complex, high-value projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven with strong organisational skills
