Job Description:

As a Client Representative based in Leba, Poland, you will be responsible for acting as a senior recruitment consultant, providing expert guidance and support to clients in their hiring processes. Your primary role will involve understanding client needs, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Fluency in Polish and English
