Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Director to join our client's Data Centre team in South East initially for a large Hyperscale development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The Construction Director will also be responsible for leading a team of construction professionals and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
