Support cost-benefit analyses and develop business cases for new digital capabilities.

Manage software backlogs and facilitate prioritization across departments.

Define KPIs and provide regular reporting on project and business outcomes.

Project Management

Lead software-related projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports; drive cross-functional communication.

Coordinate work across internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

Oversee vendor contracts and SLAs to ensure accountability and alignment with business goals.

Software Lifecycle Oversight

Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and deprecations, including user transition and data migration.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

Champion process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
