About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Scheduler (EC Certified) to join a leading hyperscale data center development and construction team. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing detailed electrical construction schedules for large-scale data center projects across multiple sites in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in critical infrastructure scheduling, advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, and a solid understanding of electrical systems in data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed electrical construction schedules for hyperscale and colocation data centers.
Coordinate with electrical engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with overall project milestones.
Analyze critical path activities, forecast impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Review design packages, procurement timelines, and field installation sequences to identify scheduling risks and opportunities.
Support project controls reporting, including progress tracking, earned value analysis, and variance explanations.
Lead schedule review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure schedules meet quality, safety, and compliance standards in line with EC certification and project delivery best practices.
Qualifications
EC Certification (Electrical Contractor or equivalent state certification) required.
7+ years of scheduling experience in large-scale construction—minimum 3 years in data center or mission-critical environments.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6; experience with MS Project and Power BI preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure systems (medium voltage, UPS, switchgear, generators, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills across design, construction, and commissioning teams.
Ability to manage multiple complex schedules and deliver under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
