Electrical Engineer


We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (Engineering Assistance) to support office

engineering activities for the Pavlodar Project. The role involves electrical system

design, 3D modelling, preparation of engineering documentation, and coordination

with the project engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

electrical engineering within the petrochemical, refinery, or Oil & Gas industries and

be eager to work in a multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities

? Provide office engineering support for the Pavlodar Project.

? Model electrical elements using SmartPlant 3D.

? Prepare engineering documentation and drawings based on 3D models.

? Design electrical systems for petrochemical and refinery facilities.

Develop project documentation including:

o One-line diagrams

o Protection and control schematic diagrams

o Terminal connection diagrams

o Substation layouts

Prepare layout drawings including:

o Consumer locations

o Cable tray routing

o Lighting layouts

o Grounding layouts

Prepare Installation Typical drawings and Material Take-Off (MTO).

? Perform electrical calculation studies.

? Coordinate and report progress to the Project Lead Engineer.

? Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

? Support preparation of proposals and execution of domestic and international

electrical projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

? Proven experience in electrical engineering design and field execution.

? Knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and regulations.

? Strong computer skills with proficiency in:

o MS Office

o AutoCAD

o Dialux

? Ability to work independently and manage engineering tasks effectively.

? High interpersonal and communication skills.

? Strong coordination and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.


Preferred Skills

? Experience with SmartPlant 3D.

? Knowledge of ETAP or other power system analysis software.

? Experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery industries.


Language Requirements

? English: Professional working proficiency required.
