Financial analyst
Location:
Henderson, NV, In office 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
This position will serve as an all around kind of person in the finance department
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting M&A evaluation and transaction analysis
Building and maintaining financial models
Preparing board and investor presentations
Assisting with internal reporting and strategic analysis
Preparing materials for board meetings and investor updates to I Squared Capital
Supporting broader finance and strategic initiatives
Ideal Background:
2–4 years experience IB Analyst or early Associate
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Exposure to M&A transactions
Experience preparing presentations and financial materials
Mainly Industrials background
Not so much P&U IB background but industry background is flexible – industrials, infrastructure, energy transition, P&U
Someone who wants to leave the banking hours, but will still have a lot of work and exposure
Entrepreneurial mindset
