Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in Charlotte. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
  • Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and results

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
