Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Engineer IV, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes and ensuring efficiency and quality in production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production methods and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality standards
  • Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
  • Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance overall performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production staff

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools
