Job Description:

The Marine & Helicopter Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all marine and helicopter operations in Lincolnshire. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in coordinating marine and helicopter operations
  • Knowledge of aviation and maritime regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
