Job Description:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Nuclear projects, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for nuclear power plants. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of these critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing mechanical systems and components for nuclear power plants
  • Developing detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Performing stress analysis and simulations to ensure structural integrity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the nuclear industry
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
