Mechanical Supervisor – Outage Project
Location: Cilfynydd, Wales
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Duration: Approximately 106 days
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 hours per day (60 hours per week)
Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support a major industrial outage in Wales. The role involves overseeing the pre-assembly and assembly of large mechanical equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution throughout the project.
Role: Mechanical Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical assembly teams on-site
Ensure compliance with all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards
Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to management
Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
Maintain high standards of quality control and operational safety
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on outage, shutdown, or large-scale assembly projects
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical assembly processes
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
Flexibility to work extended hours as required
Compensation & Logistics
Standard Hourly Rate: Please provide quotation (INSIDE IR35)
Overtime Rate: 1.5x standard rate
Accommodation & Travel: All-inclusive rate (INSIDE IR35)
