OT Security Engineer

Position Title: OT Security Engineer

Opportunity Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled OT Security Engineer to support critical infrastructure projects in Poland. In this role, you’ll ensure that new asset construction complies with both local OT security legislation and international standards, with a strong focus on IEC 62443 and internal interpretations of NIS2 requirements. Your contributions will directly support the cybersecurity integrity of complex Operational Technology environments.

You’ll be part of a collaborative OT Security Engineering team, working alongside subject matter experts to enforce and validate compliance with cybersecurity standards throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical reviews of documentation and lead OT Security-related Factory and Site Acceptance Tests

Ensure alignment with applicable local cybersecurity regulations

Collaborate with multiple project teams and work packages to drive compliance

Oversee the delivery and integration of internal IT/OT security services into operational environments

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, and ideally the ISO/IEC 27000 series

Solid experience with security testing of Low Voltage (LV), SCADA/OT control systems, and IT/communication systems

Strong understanding of network architecture, especially in relation to segmentation in OT environments

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience in project management or leading cross-functional initiatives is a strong asset

Work Location & Travel Requirements:

On-site presence: Minimum 2 days per week at the Warsaw office

Occasional travel to the BAL02 site and international commissioning locations will be required
