Job Description:

As an Operations Specialist II specializing in Onboarding, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other onboarding tools
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding new hires
