Job Description:

As a Principal Project Controls, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls for large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established baselines
  • Prepare and analyze project cost reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls management
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
