Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor II, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities
• Ensure that production targets are met
• Manage a team of production workers
• Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with company standards
• Implement and maintain production schedules
• Identify and address any issues that may arise during the production process
• Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a production supervisory role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Experience in implementing and maintaining production schedules
• Knowledge of safety regulations
