Job Description:

As a Project Control Specialist II, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project control within our organization. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve analyzing project data, identifying risks and issues, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project control or related role
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
