Job Description:

As a Project Controls Specialist 2 (Scheduler), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely completion of various projects. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to track progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays
  • Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure schedule compliance
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
