Job Description:

As a Project Manager - IPP, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing the entire project from start to finish. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing project plans and timelines
  • Leading and managing project teams
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the project
  • Communicating with stakeholders and clients to provide updates on project status
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Managing project budgets and resources effectively

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IPP industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
