Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations. This role will involve overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate product quality and performance
  • Lead quality audits and inspections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Train and mentor quality assurance staff
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Quality Management, Engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry
