Job Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Sweden, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join their team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance to ensure the highest standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
  • Analyze data and metrics to track quality performance
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in a quality management role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
