We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a passion for building long-term client relationship and driving business growth.

 

 

Job Summary

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
  • Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 2 years of experience as a 360-recruitment consultant in an agency setting. 
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with solid sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to navigate complex client structures and multiple stakeholders
  • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-you are a hungry learner!
  • Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
  • Target-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Professional business English speaking/writing is required for the role
