We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director to drive regional growth, build strategic partnerships, and win major BESS opportunities across the region. This is a remote, individual contributor role with significant autonomy and visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial expansion for BESS across Western Australia.
• Identify new business opportunities with developers, utilities, EPCs, and mining operators.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from introduction to contract close.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence in the region.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to global leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of sales experience in utility scale renewables sectors (BESS experience strongly preferred).
• Strong network across WA’s energy, mining, or infrastructure markets.
• Proven ability to close complex technical sales deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role and travel within WA as required.
