The Assistant Construction Manager will work closely with the Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Bloomington. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with project management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
