Job Description:

As an Associate Electrical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering projects within the company. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical engineering projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional engineering license preferred
