Pay Rate: $72 Per Hour

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. There are also openings in Denver, Des Moines, and Memphis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Power Delivery projects, including Transmission, Distribution, Substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Land Acquisition, and Field Services.

  • Originate and manage Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects within the power delivery sector.

  • Drive Program Management Office (PMO) initiatives such as asset management, program controls, data analytics, and performance reporting.

  • Oversee the delivery of technical studies, feasibility analyses, and advisory services to support project development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive new and recurring business opportunities.

  • Serve as a strategic partner in capture planning, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and client needs to inform strategic planning and service offerings.

  • Participate in Go/No-Go decision-making processes and provide informed recommendations.

  • Maintain and report on sales pipelines, client development activities, and performance metrics.

  • Travel as needed to support business development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • 15+ years of experience in business development or project management within the power generation, transmission, or renewable energy sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in developing complex infrastructure or EPC projects.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and investment drivers in the power sector.
