Job Description:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Kalkulator to join our team in Hessen, Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in the renewable energy sector and will be responsible for managing the costs and budgets of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for renewable energy projects
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies
  • Monitor project progress and track costs throughout the lifecycle
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Prepare tender documents and review contractor bids
  • Provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Kalkulator in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as MS Excel and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
