Job Description:

The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. They will work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with construction scheduling software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
