 **Job Summary**

Power Solutions is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Construction Support Manager** to oversee construction support systems and provide technical direction for medium to large-scale electric substation, transmission, and distribution projects. This senior-level role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of EPC practices, and the ability to foster effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

 

 **Key Responsibilities**

 

  • Mentor and coach construction support management staff.
  • Manage projects in accordance with Primoris policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs tailored to each project.
  • Provide detailed performance feedback to team members and leadership.
  • Produce and maintain accurate project reports and status updates for internal and external use.

 

**Required Qualifications**

 

  • Minimum **8 years** of experience in the utility industry with a strong background in Construction Management.
  • Proven track record with **EPC project execution**.
  • In-depth understanding of **construction management fundamentals**.
  • Proficiency in **engineering principles** and **MS Office applications**.
  • Strong written communication skills; capable of drafting complex technical documentation and correspondence.
  • Confident public speaker with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with high energy and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships while navigating organizational structures.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Skilled negotiator and decision-maker.
  • Experience leading teams in a **matrix organization**.

 

Ability to work with individuals from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

Direct experience with **material manufacturers** for Transmission Line or High-Voltage Substation projects.

 **Desired Qualifications**

* **OSHA 30 Certification**

* Prior **mid-management or supervisory experience**
