Job Description:

The Construction Manager will oversee and lead all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing all phases of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
