Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Columbus, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
