Job Description:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Maryland. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and direct construction crews and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations on job sites
  • Review and approve project plans and specifications
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
