Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Norway, focusing on renewable energy projects. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract negotiations, agreements, and compliance for our renewable energy initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success and efficiency of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Manage contract changes, extensions, and renewals
  • Resolve any contract disputes or issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
