Job Description:

The Deputy Head of Execution will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of renewable energy projects in the Philippines. This role will involve working closely with the Head of Execution to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of ongoing construction projects, alternating between sectors such as Wind, Solar, BESS and infrastructure.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all processes and delivery schedules are met.
  • Provide strong leadership and direct hands-on involvement, with a deep understanding of construction site foundations and execution.
  • Regularly engage in projects involving multiple EPC contractors rather than single-contractor arrangements.
  • Deliver results on live projects—from 6 to 12 months
  • Mentor and develop construction teams, fostering high performance and supporting succession planning.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Construction Management Executive, or similar leadership role.
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-project construction portfolios in the Philippines and/or globally.
  • Strong network within the industry, able to leverage connections both locally and internationally.
  • Background in any of the following sectors: oil & gas, infrastructure, real estate, bridges, or large-scale construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Real hands-on management style; understands foundations and critical construction processes.
